rx1 exhaust on apex

are they the same will can you put a rx1 muffler on an apex!? want to know i can get rx1 muffler cheap and then gut it so i have an option to be loud or quiet

Yes they are BUUUUUT the RX-1 muffler is at least 10 to 15lbs heavier. I have an 03 rx an 06 Apex and 07 Attack pipes in my shop and each gets lighter as yrs progress. I have not cut into the RX pipe yet but it feels like it is lead lined.

Sorry my bad I checked mine and they look alike leaning against the wall bu the rx-1 pipe is an inch or so longer.

Also the flanges for the exhaust tips are different.

Don't you have to change headers also? I don't think the headers will match up to that pipe.

I have it in place with stock headers and it's working just fine. Had few miles yesterday, sounds sweeeet
