Saw 118 on the dreamometer today

I was out on a hard packed snow covered lake and saw 118 mph on the speedo and my GPS recorded a top speed of 104.8 Is that about right for a bone stock Apex ER (I'm 250 geared up)? It felt like it had a little more in it but it started to cavitate like a boat everytime I hit a bump.

i've seen 130 and my cousin seen 134 on the meter. both stock.

I live on a 31 mile lake. Every day speeds are different.I have seen 134 on the speedo in perfect conditions. Some days I can't break 112 on the speedo. These sleds need perfect conditions to run really fast. On the days I can't break 112 other brands of sleds run slower too.

Last "fast" sled was my 04 warrior, it would run 125-128 on the dream meter all the time. I think the highest I ever seen on my Apex MTX is 85, and thats a bit iffy with a 37" ski stance and a high COG. Eric

I'VE SEEN 120 ON THE DREAM METER ON THE LAKE WITH MY 05 RX-1 AND THE ELEVATION IS 6,000 FT.

fastest so far for me on an icy lake is 128 dreamometer which was 110 mph on gps. I am 260 lbs. 08 LTX

Yeah I saw 128 this weekend on my dream-meter going on about a 1/2 mile downhill straight stretch.

130 Speedo - 111 GPS. After 2000 ft ice track. I was spinning most of the way until I hit around 100 and it was climbing hard until I ran out of track. It definitely has longer legs, Just got to get it to grab. 1.450" Gold Diggers on the way!
