I have had this kit since last yr. Over 1500 miles on it. The difference is night and day. I have been working with Chris at Schimidt Bros for over a year now. Great guy, great work and has great knowledge on the Nytro. Heck as many times I have called if he charged me a penny per call he would be doing ok!! lol! Anyway, well worth the money spent. i have stage 2 and cold air, CR10EK. I ride the U.P. alot the best part is to left off the gad into the corners and not get all the engine braking but yet hit it and the power is right back on. Huge improvement in oppinion. happy trails!!

AGREED!! Cornering is so much easier when you actually have throttle control!! ;)!

clutch kit

Have the stage 2 kit in my 09 nytro and it;s like everyone says,it just plain works great.Engagement at 2900 and pulls hard all the way thru.Have'NT TESTED TOP END YET.Great people to work with.Money well spent.

Love the kit!!!! I have the stage 2 and low engagement is awesome!!! Makes negotiating turns awesome, loading the machine on a trailer is much easier as well! But best of all this thing pulls so hard through the midrange!!! Truly awesome!!! I almost have mine completely dialed in..I am a little low on rpms throughout, so I might go with a lighter weight on the tip...I am seeing 8500-8600 rpms up to 85 mph (he recommended 8700-8850) ....from what Chris told me I should see about 9000-9200 max at 95+mph...I have only seen 100mph (on speedo) on my sled and feel i am underrevving a bit...conditions, belt wear, temperature and elevation all play a role on the rpms. I can tell you this: If i punch it going 40mph my skis raise about 12" and you get planted!!..much like on the Apex...Im real close to having her dialed in, just want to try it in different conditions and fine tune accordingly...
Love the extra midrange pop, especially when hitting the jumps on the trail!! :jump:

Keep these updates coming, my kit from Chris should be here this week, really looking forward to it....

Are you running a fuel controller or power commander?
did you do any exhaust modifications?
I have the schmidt bros air box mod but have not put it on yet because I am worried I will need the power commander since I have a charry bomb for a slip on

Does amazon think you need a fuel controller with there airbox mod and a cherry bomb? Your paying for the research and development that goes into making things work together. So try it and if it doesnt work buy a fuel controller from amazon and test it out. Look at the money your saving! lol

Being stock i shouldn't need the programer with air box mod. right ;)!

No fuel controller nedded, also SBM's instructions has you install them in an exact place in line with the throttle bodies...was a overall easy install....
