I know you guys use a scratch remover that you swear by, and I want to see if I can remove some scratches out of the shield of my helmet, otherwise I am gonna either get a new shield or new helmet. Can you remind me what that scratch remover was called? I did do a search, but had no luck.

Try "Lemon Pledge" (furniture wax). I know it sounds crazy but it works. The first time I tried it was on a shield that I was ready to through out-- it looked like new afterward. I've used it many times (electric shields are expensive to replace) and on my black windshield as well. ...and the inside of your helmet smells GREAT!
