Everything seems good so far. I'll know by the end of the season. We still have 3 full months of riding left.

I painted the hood black and the blue portion of the seat black. I sanded the hood and used satin black Krylon Fusion paint and used Du-Point black vinyl seat paint on the seat. I'm not expecting it to last very long but it looks good now, lol.
I also bent the better board pieces back up and ran 2"x1/8" alu flat stock underneath to keep them from twisting back down.
Only thing left are my Expert-X swingarm reinforcing mounts from Excell and she's all done. I did buy two more front suspension mounts(the little triangles with w/ 2 rivet holes) for the rear so the bolts would be going through steel and not just aluminum(can see them in the first pic). Worked great, just had to get a couple longer 10.9 bolts.

Which side was your bent a-arm? If you have any problems I should have some extras. I"ll be taking them in for powdercoating (black) this week after my spindles are welded. Still trying to decide if I should go see the boys in Eagle River for the front end fix. $250 pretty spendy.
On the black seat..I had mine done at Fineline Interiors by Doug. He had just done his Nytro so it took him no time at all. Looks like stock. Was super good price for the quality of work.
Do you still have those springs?

The left upper needs to be replaced to ride, but the right upper needs to be replaced eventually too because it's also slightly bent.
I do still have the springs. I should have a lathe too in about a month or two and I'm going to make up some more of the ball joints if I can source the material.

Not much of an update but I couldn't figure out why my ski alignment has changed a few times. Both of my tie rods are bent...another weak Yami part. I can't decide if I want to get new ones and sleeve them or just buy thicker round aluminum stock and drill and tap it. Any ideas on what would be stronger?
