Re: To shim or not before I even ride teh sled?
I've never seen a Yamaha that wouldn't benefit from shimming the skis. Also - several of the early season riders report darting. I shimmed mine first thing.

I did both, shim and Dooly's on my 03...Tracked like you wouldn't believe Don't forget to check the toe out too as the factory allows up to 5/8 of a inch 8)
