anyone have a set up to raise engagement 4000 rpm or more. I have ys60 supertip weights and they engage slightly lower than the stock clutching...around 2800 rpm as per Ulmers set up with stock spring. These weights do work well.
I have purchased a Dalton primary spring (black green 62/131) but have not tried this yet. This may help a little.
I am looking for other options in rail weights to raise the RPM. Any suggestions are welcome.

my Ulmer's clutch kit engaged at 2800 rpm and my stock clutching engaged at 2700 to 2750 rpm on my xtx Le 137, just curious the reasoning why you want a 4000 rpm engagement?

The Green Dalton is a very hi engagement spring, I tested with it last season and it was too much, I went back to the Blue(53/133kg) which I am gonna try this season with STMs.
Allens pink is much much below 53kg for sure. Its likely around 30-35kg start rate or so im guessing.

Also you may want to throw in some glide washers too, to help with any coil bind and that will up the engagement a tad.

If you want the engagement really high TP has a black spring I run on asphalt that is very high engaging it runs about 4600rpm depending on weight setup

personaly I feel it needs more engagement. If the turbo doesn't add boost until after 6500, then woudnt it be advantageoius to raise the engagement for more power in the lower RPM range. I typically engage all my sleds at 5000RPM. with no issues.

I tested back to back the dalton Blue(53/133kg) ,then green(62/131kg) and for trailabiity I felt the green was too high, all else being equal in the setup(Dalton 70s). I like the blue alot overall.

I agree with Dan the higher engagement TP black is awesome for drag racing but I will be running a yamaha white white white this winter trail riding 45/119kg rates with TP heavy hitters

Dan,do you have any idea what Loans orange primary spring is for rates,i have that and his orange secondary coming for my grass drag event weekend oct. 14th,its only 400 feet,so maybe try his orange springs w/38 stm secondary or maybe stock 35 will bring both. What was the engagement of dales green with say stm supertips at 81 grams,on stage 4 tune.I tested back to back the dalton Blue(53/133kg) ,then green(62/131kg) and for trailabiity I felt the green was too high, all else being equal in the setup(Dalton 70s). All my customers prefer the Black Green. Your particular setup might not have liked it, doesn't mean they all don't like it
