Don't think anyone has any real snow for a full test yet. Whole continent melted.

Dale, I understand you are not changing the spring pocket for any coil bind.
Will you have any solutions for the coil bind? Maybe a new torsion spring that has a shorter collapsed length?
Any other thoughts much apprec.

If Dale could machine another .070" for coil bind....you all wouldn't need to have your secondaries machined.

Dale has posted some measurements before, and i believe the one he spec'd out had enough clearance. If Dale could machine another .070" for coil bind....you all wouldn't need to have your secondaries machined.
I do understand Dale is working on a new custom rated torsion spring for us. Just not sure when it will be done and available.

Hello nos-pro. Thank you for suggesting reverse angle helix for the winder. Put on a 34/37 on my 2018 mnt 153 winder. Running 8bu00 loaded with heaviest rivets from yamaha. Yellow silver yellow primary. 70 degrees on secondary. Holy. That's not you wake up a winder. ThanksA reverse angle helix is where a turbo really wakes up.
You start with a shallow start, the sled revs quick because of the shallow start angle and as you build boost, the power comes on and the steeper angle puts the power to the ground.
Here's what I just did on my Viper:
OSP turbo, 7 psi boost.
Thunder Big Venom clutch kit, but now with a reverse angle 40/46 helix.
Results are in....It pulls the front end and just keeps going and pulling.

Dale, Why is the 33/35 not listed on your online store? Can I just enter that number to receive that helix or is it not available right now?

sorry. For helixes on the drivepower.ca ordering site, we usually reference the Dalton site to get the current list of angles available...then you just type in the YSR 33/35, etc in the box.
I think when those helixes first came out the limited list ( at the time) was published there)
it is fixed now, and has a link to the Dalton page which is constantly updated for available angles.
thanks
