2017 Sidewinder LTX-SE. 11750 miles (SOLD)
Installed straight 38 from STM.. Also Ulmer rollers. I had cat rollers and think they are fine BUT the STM helix appears to have slightly more narrow ramps(or sharper edges).. The Ulmer rollers have a beveled outer edge to them and I like that better.. I had to grind out the spring hole on the helix for the spring TANG(I think I am saying that right?? ).. This allowed the spring to sit in hole/pocket.(better) The stocker helix has these bevels on the spring holes. I wound the spring to 6/1 and tightened everything.. The rollers all were 1/16-1/8 off the helix ramps. ?? Kind of thought "what the hell".. So I installed on sled and tightened down and while doing so(which sets belt deflection) you can watch the rollers tighten right down onto the ramps.. Not sure this means much BUT if you have aftermarket secondary adjuster you might want to try tightening(knob) it down some and watch the rollers while doing so. I took mine(secondary adjuster) off and run the stock set up with washers. I know you loose some of your belt height(deflection) on top of secondary but on mine it helped to bring the rollers right down onto the helix. I DID NOTICE this some with stock helix also(after ditching secondary adjuster and going with washers)). this is with 8jp belt and secondary set at 6/1. And maybe it will not help with other guys based on the variations on these secondary's, BUT it made a big difference on mine. with both helixes(stock helix>6/1 and STM helix>6/1).. So maybe try loosening your belt deflection(tightening knob - if you have a aftermarket secondary adjuster) SOME and check rollers after.. easy enough to try. Or switching washers on stock set up

You can add or take away washers for belt deflection also on the stock setup

Who in the USA carries them?
I know I got a Dalton helix from Ulmer Racing in the past. Not sure what he stocks but give him a call.
