Got the concept of my new sway bar all figured out I believe. Getting a handful of samples machined for some testing. Have 3 different bars and each is adjustable. Who wants to help test?

Also... country cat wants $340 for the 14.7mm bar!! I should be able to fall pretty close to oem bar from a price point.

I will post more specifics later once we get some testing and feedback done. These days you have to keep new ideas under wraps as there seems to be more and more just looking to feast off someone else's innovation and work unfortunately. Maybe this is why Yamaha is so quiet this year.....HaSo how did your final design turn out??? Do you have a picture of your prototype??? What is the material used to Fabricate??? Id love to. But no snow. Yuk. Didnt even put your new axle locking bearing in since if the driveshaft aint rotatin', it aint wearin'! Then again, being a cat part, maybe it is wearing sitting there.....Got the concept of my new sway bar all figured out I believe. Getting a handful of samples machined for some testing. I run my front very soft...more response to leaning and throttle, so a stiffer bar will be noticeable big time for me. Run the apex the same and a bigger bar works great, but snapped a few pioneers.

It would be nice if we had a sway bar that didn't dig the #*$&@ out of the side panels.
