Why didn't they work for you? I've read many positive reviews on these kits. Yes I've heard their customer service is poor and to get a kit replaced under the life time warranty you have to send them everything.
You could pack an OEM bulb as backup in case the HID system fails. All the OEM headlight wiring stay intact so if the HID's fail just reinstall one of the old bulbs.

only one bulb would turn on. I swapped ballasts and the problem followed the ballast, everytime. So I contacted them and sent my ballast in and they said it tested fine. I think they wanted me to send the bulbs in but I said if they are going to make me pay to ship it to cali that im going to send the whole kit. So i did and it tested fine and they sent me back a new harness to try. I tried it and it was the same thing so i sent everything back for a refund.
