Are there any temp or oil indicators displayed on the gauge before it shuts down?

Or is the level just low enough that its sloshing and causing a low oil condition for just enough time to shut it down? All battery connections good under the seat? Just spit balling..

Could fuel tank vent be kinked?

Does this only happen while riding or does it happen at idle? Perhaps flick the relays, move every wire and connection etc. Try to induce a failure.

Could the fuel line be pinched just enough that it dies when you give it throttle and it open enough to Idle??
