idels great when its cool but when warm it wont idel at all. Just put knew dounts on this year aand is not giving me any codes. It all so pops some when riding down the trail.

Did the Y pipes look good when you replaced the donuts? Bad Y pipes could cause the sound that you are describing but I am not so sure that they would cause the sled not to idle when hot.
Have you tried turning up the idle speed adjustment? Perhaps when it is cold the ECU has it on high idle but then when it warms up it is set to low?

Possibly, also possibly bad gas. Couldn't hurt to try new plugs and fresh gas. Did you try turning up the idle adjustment when it is warm?

Had the same idle problem but someone on TY told me to clean the check valve on gas tank and now it idles fine

I will try turning the idle up. whats this about a valve on gas tank more info please.
