A couple years ago I converted my 121 into a 144 using hartmans extentsion kit and did the drop skid relocation kit. I remember riding the sled after and seeing a peace of plastic shoot out of track first ride, but couldn't find where it went and sled rode perfect still :0 . Anyways I pulled skid out to do air shocks and notice the two plastic sliders on top of center shock cross bar were gone! both of them! So installed new ones tonight but track sits right on them with a little pressure.... is that normal I don't wanna just break them again. oh and I have ratchet drivers in her also.

Someone heres gotta know. the new nytros 09 plus have metal bar sliders instead of plastic. Is this why they changed it? or maybe a screwed up the mounting points so now track rubs on it

yes that is normal. and yes it is normal for them to break. Yamaha got ride of them after a few years

I have the same issue with the white slides in the front wearing. I'm looking to replace them what are they called or how did you get replacements I'm having trouble finding them?
