There were 3-5 sleds in group. Position varied throughout the day. Just showing the effectiveness of my guard.

I rode my winder all day yesterday with this cooler plugged. I seemed to have loss of power towards top end, and intake air temperature was getting pretty warm at higher speeds. Is the loss of power a symptom of this or do I have other issues?

.View attachment 145504 Rode In 6” of fresh today. My factory grill is covered with frogskinz the entire cavity BEHIND the frogskinz is a block of ice that will last a week in a heated garage.
Pretty tough area to keep snow out. Looks like the frog skin is holding up and snow got in around it?View attachment 145504 Rode In 6” of fresh today. My factory grill is covered with frogskinz the entire cavity BEHIND the frogskinz is a block of ice that will last a week in a heated garage.

YeAh I almost feel it would be better without the fabric. It’s certsinly not keeping the snow out. If I can get to the screw in the morning I am going to try the CAt grille tomorrow. We’ll be riding in fresh snow again for the next two days.

Cat grille after 140 miles in 6-12” of fresh today. Not fond of this setup.

Darn. I just ordered the Cat grille a few days ago. I guess I have wasted money on worse things.

I think the Cat grille will probably work better than the stock grill by being covered with the frogskinz. Seems like snow dust gets in there no matter what. The stock grill with Frogskinz had a good bit more snow packed in then the Cat grille even tho I rode almost 90 miles in 12” fresh the the Cat grill installed. To me the Cat grill works better.Darn.
