While I was out riding this weekend, near the end of the day, I could smell antifreeze coming from under the hood. I checked it out with a flashlight, and it looked like it was coming out of the overflow jug and dripping on the exhaust. When I got home I removed all the bodywork and noticed it was coming from one of the elbows that go into the valve cover. Thinking it was just an o ring, I pulled it apart and found out the hold down bracket had sheared off. Lucky it never completely popped out, would have ruined my day and maybe my season. Just something to look out for.

I've not seen that before. Is this on your 2013 sled? How many miles? All stock?

Hmm, guess I'll have to check out my sled for piece of mind.
Did you ever roll your sled?

Its got just over 11000 miles, and stock motor. Never rolled either. I think its just metal fatigue. Welded the ear back on for now because new piece is back ordered and won't be in for 2 weeks. Can't wait this year, going to be a short season as it is.
