when changing plugs remove the bolt on the caps and just pull hard? dont want to break anything thanks!

After you undo each of the 10mm bolts on top of the boot, give the boot a twist back and forth while pulling them up. Dont forget to unplug the harness from each!

I pryed them gentlty while pulling with a large slotted driver . I don't have the strength any more like I use too.
They aren't in the most perfect spots for getting good leverage.
I used the spark plug tool in the kit like others mentioned here and it worked good getting into these spots.
