I believe they are 52g. I went with the Ulmer setup on mine.

I believe most are using the 60g base weight. I have in all my turbo sleds, 5-17 psi.

Mine are 50gm but I have a lot of weight added, heel 1 tung 3 washers, middle 0, tip 1 washer, tungsten alone is 7 grams I believe.
