Here is a picture of how i have the TCV connected and this is how it was connected out of the box.
The hose i have going through the doghouse comes from the bottom of the intake and goes to the top of the TCV valve. The other hose is shown pretty well in the picture.
spell check didn't work on Photobucket... before i saved it... "controller"

Yeah, Thats how i have it connected.
We found a picture of a tcv connected in a totally different way,
Probably a older version or different type tcv.
Just wanted to be sure. We ride at about 2000-4000 feet, and seldom see any change in the boost level where we ride.
Thanks man

2500 ft is roughly 1 psi loss in atmosphere, So it's possible it's just not enough to see.

Yeah thats what we figured.
Do you know how many turns is needed on the adjustment rod for every psi increase?

No rides yet.. Sonds and I live across the street from each other.
Hoping to ride this weekend in the UP... but that may not happen.
Ironwood MI is about 1200 feet
Hoping to ride with MTDream in a few weeks - but we may need some more snow... THis is about 6500 where we park up to 9+ thousand feet.

Ok, so you are basically in the same situation as me, that you probably wont see any change in the boost level where you usually ride.
But if you hook up with MTdream you should be able too see an increase in boost.
Let me know how it works out for you. We have been in contact with Erik at MCXpress (the "inventor") of these kits, and he told us something about a value with could change to make the TCV act more agressive to elevation changes.

You lose hp with elevation...boosted or not...you can however run more boost with the same octane at higher elevation

Tarzan,
Talk to Preben. He got the instructions and neccessary software from Erik last season. We have not tested it yet.

Stoli and I were planning on going, but I just found out I have an oil leak somewhere.
Looks like at first glance its coming from the stator cover?
I diddnt think there was much oil behind that cover?

Very little. Did you have that cover off? there are a couple of places that need a bit of RTV during reassembly if it has been removed at all.
