Hey guys I'm getting ready to order my stud package found a really good deal . I'm thinking of going with 192 woody triggers 1.630 with big nuts and circle backers .
Does anyone see any problem running this on the sidewinder ? And does anyone have a pattern for this or think it will be enough if I add more power to the winder ?
Thanks

Anyone ? Also if anybody is interested in triggers pm me and I'll give u the info on what I paid etc . I will save over $240 from buying from woodys
I can't help you. I will not use studs on my sidewinder but swap the track from 1.25 to 1.5 inch on my LTX-LE

I think a few guys are going that route . I'm too competitive to not run studs lol I hate any spinning and sliding plus I enjoy them for braking but ik there rough on machines

How do the triggers hold up on trail and hard packed road riding. I ran the woody trail studs which held up good for 3500 miles of harsh conditions the past few yrs.

Last year was the first year I rode them and only had 1k miles on them on the nytro . They held up good I like them on hard packed and ice they will hook on glare plowed ice which is fun

I was able to get the same price on the 1450s so decided to play it safe and go that route I'm sure I will have less break offs too with them

Not sure myself but I want to go 144 up the middle. Just wondering on the stud length. Mostly groomed trails and lakes. Not in powder.

First off which model are you getting with which track. As noted in many posts here and the viper trail section 192 or 4 per window on the LTX 137" and XTX 141" is difficult to achieve if you are staying in the middle. You cannot spread them enough to keep the scratch lines separated.
Most of us have gone to 142 ish patterns for better bite and less mass
