Took my friends sled apart today to find out where all the exhaust noise was coming from, thought it was the donuts but it turned out to be the muffler pipe where it connects to the 3 in 1.the studs took out the clamp and he lost the gasket inside the pipe,my question is,is the pipe stainless steel or titanium, wondering if we can get it welded, there a small chunk of metal missing right where the clamp would be,about 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch long,it would be a shame to have to replace the whole muffler assembly ,must be pricy also, anyone have had a similar problem

Used a regular mig welder to fix my exhaust when I did the same thing as your friend.
I now have beefed up the tunnel protectors so that does not happen again.

Ironically I just logged on to ask the very same question. Am looking at purchasing a Venture GT in which the studs have scraped a hole in the pipe. Sounds like it is indeed able to be welded? That would be very good news and certainly help my buying decision.
