After installing a full exhaust with KN's and PCV, I get an occasional stutter at WOT. It's usually happens immediately after I stab the throttle and sometimes around mid range. I'm not hitting the Rev Limiter. It is usually very short but annoying.

It's either a little flat spot in your fuel curve from your PCV or your hitting the rev limiter so fast that you don't have the time to see it on the tach. Same happen to me when I added the Hurricane power kit I had the same experience with mine. Was lucky enough to noticed I was hitting the 9300 rpm in a snap. Have to dial in my clutch.
What did you do to dial the clutch in? I've added weight to my tips but didn't touch the middle or front.
I talked to Dave at Hurricane and he explained to me that this is normal behavior that is amplified by the addition of the exhaust. It is caused by a lean spot created by the factory for emissions reasons and nothing to worry about.
