SUPER BRIGHT LIGHTS

They are in the U.K. so just follow website for H4.
This is where I buy as no one in Canada sells for that price and the U.S. guys will not sell to Canada. They were 15 pounds 30 pence including shipping per pair but they convert for you. You'll see it is real simple, only Yamaha and DOO still use the H4 which is a European bulb.

How would these new bulbs compare to Xenon bulbs? I’m thinking on changing out the stockers to the Xenon unless there is something better out there.

This would be a great item for a group buy and they may want to place a banner on the site for advertising.

Stupid question: Are the Silver Star model H4 or 9003 or are both the same...

Thanks

Not a stupid question.....all sleds take a H4 bulb.

Silver Star's part number for H4 is 9003ST.
Ok, so lets get this straight, the Silver Stars H4 at Canadian Tire, are actually a (9003ST - Part Number). Also what's the Wattage I'm looking for on the new Apex's?

Do you you have to readjust the headlight aim. I would think not?

Nope...I find that my eyes aren't what they used to be and I tend to outride my light at stock setting.

I always adjust my headlight up on all my sleds a bit anyways. The only thing is my High Beam is in the trees!!!!

They are exact in appearance to stock except have " Silver Tip". They fit most Skidoo and Yamaha, Cat and Poo have their weird bulbs. For Canada the guy in the U.K. was half the Canadian cost but in the U.S. it may be different. The only downside I heard was possibly less life but mine have been good for almost 2 years. Plus no tax from the U.K. via Post and he gives you a free sample side light bulb with order.

That website has a number of types of Osram H4s Does anyone have any eperience with the "Cool Blue" I know the Silver Stars were mentioned before. Is one type brighter than the other?

Hi Guys
Another stupid question!
I realize you said you had no issues last year however I'm concerned about heat and possiblity of melting the plastic lenses--whadya think?

Best to stay with the recommended wattage, otherwise you can burn up wires and plugs and even worse.

I think i'm going to get a pair for My Apex. Is there a Silverstar that would fit my son's 1997 Phazer? Does anyone know what bulb it takes?

Just installed a set of Sylvania Silver Stars. Same watts as stock but make the stockers look like a couple of candles. Hard to tell from the picture but they are much brighter and whiter. Ran them all last seaon in the RX with no issues. Install one and see for yourself, the stocker looks red side by side.
So did you just put those in your new Apex or Attack? If so, what is the wattage of the bulbs.
