running at 10 lbs boost, getting a noise from from what seems like under the intercooler almost seems like a bearing noise. Did not have this noise running at 7 lbs boost. Just put on 200 mile at Old forge. seems like if it is bearing noise the problem would have shown up with some kind of failure.
Is there a possibility i need a BOV ? Sled runs awesome, but this noise is driving me nuts.Anyboby got anu idea of whats going on or has anyone ever run into this. Also no warning lights or blower over temp lights, blower is pretty warm to the touch but i can hold my fingers on it.

Thanks in advance

Check pulley alignment and also belt tension when you changed from 7 to 10lbs. Odd you didn't have noise before the change, first place I would look ;)!

Does it sound like a "chirp" or a "chatter" type noise?

Pressure going back against the supercharger wheel. Add a blow off valve if you want to get rid of it.

Try taking belt off (determine if noise is from compressor or motor)
Noise when you are coming off throttle? (boost backing up thru compressor) BOV would eliminate.
Possible misalignment of pulleys ?
Open oil resevoir for blower, look for oil flowing down on inner walls.
Possible noise coming from clutches?
Just a few idea's hope you find it. ;)!

Ted Jannetty, has them in stock, close to you (vortech bypass valve)
Also E-Bay ( I would recommend Ted, can't call e-bay for advice) ;)!
