Just remember suspension settings are a personal preference thing, what works for me may not work for you, gotta start somewhere and go from there, from my years of experience start soft and work your way up,I was told the advantage of the EVOL X shocks are you can run lower main chamber pressure for ride quality and the evol chamber will prevent it from bottoming out,I picked easy numbers to remember for air pressures and also based those off recommendations from others who have these shocks

what is the advantage to the link rods you installed?other than they look awesome
Nothing other than clearance for the reservoir on Axis shock. They are exactly same length as stock single rod.
I have it all together now. Stock springs and Carver valving/mod in both stock rear shocks. I have sag! I have way faster rebound. If this works it's going to be awesome! Find out tonight. Time to hit the ditches!

Cannon, if you run a little more pressure in your front shocks try unhooking your sway bar. Since you say your running faster through the corners your probably moving more on your sled, try really leaning into the corners and rolling the sled to the inside. If you try it build your speed slowly because there is a learning curve to riding without a sway bar.

Cannon, that is a good way to get rid of inside ski lift. But you must be active on the sled.

The RR skid already has these. Not quite as Blingy but they are there.

Yeah I was wondering if they were an upgrade from what we have already
Only jumps and plowed field to test on tonight. No big whoops. But so far I have nothing to report. I feel nothing in rear. It's awesome! I can't really explain why but now the front feels way more planted also. Limiter straps all the way out and transfer blocks on 2. I believe the way faster rebound is what did this. I bet it won't push anymore. Heading to buddy's mx track tomorrow to hit his whoops section. This is stock shocks with carver Mod and valving which I installed myself. Stock springs on soft. Very happy!

Your rear are non clicker correct? Does the rear pop right up quick?
Looking forward to more snow. Maybe we'll have to get together and do some test comparison.

Yes stock shocks have no clickers on the 14 RTX SE. Rear pops right up now. Way faster than stock. For sure we will go riding TD. Heading to Houghton on 12th for TY ride come on up!

Have always wanted to try that. Would really help on a bermed corner too since swaybar works against you in that case. That's how I rolled it last year. Bermed corner. Racing quad TT there was a few tracks where swaybar was actually dangerous especially if a rut formed.

How much do you weigh. I just got my sled back from dealer after reflash and other warranty work and now with re-valved shocks it looks like I am going to have to set torsion springs on high to keep from bottoming out. I was only able to ride a short distance but the sled felt much more compliant. Just hoping I don't have to get heavier springs or new re-valve. the sled feels so much better with all my changes. Can't wait to really ride.
145 lbs. We lost our snow and had muddy MX track so I didn't get to do any further testing. I will try to get there this weekend if it's not to warm again. SXR give it a chance. Mine felt same. So much more compliant I thought for sure it would bottom. It hasn't! I have jumped it 5 or 6 ft up. No bottoming yet. Big test is a high speed G out. Haven't had that chance yet. Now my suspensions is working. Hopefully not too much but my god what a difference!

Thanks I will just have to wait and see. the only reason I'm worried is I can almost fully compress the suspension jumping up and down in the garage. It does feel like a whole different animal though. I hit the gas and it just squatted right down and took off. I weigh 250 though, so hoping it is ridable this season if I move to high setting. I am on the second torsion spring setting now.
