Sway bar link bolts

Had the Viper in for a pre season check over and to tighten clamps in search of a coolant leak. When I stood on the boards and rocked side to side I had loud clicking/popping from the front. Had to get a helper to rock while I looked. Turns out the bolts where the sway bar links attach to the lower a-arm were loose. Probably a good idea to put a wrench (13mm) on these periodically.

You are correct. Should be checked routinely. I had to order a new (lost) bolt and nut before I learned this. My Son's 7000 were loose as well.

Mine loosened up also. I'm going to just replace the link with radius rod ends from my sprint car parts. They will not wear out like the factory ones. I'll post a pic when done
 
Just ordered two sets today. Will take pics and post when installed.
