Td 285 vrs 290?

I liked the option of the dash flash to toggle between the tunes. Yes I only use a couple of them, but the couple I use are close in power and you can get away with using the same clutching. I like to have the option of a big tune for fooling around on the lakes. Push the upper left button a couple times, add some primary weight, maybe a helix change, dump in some good smelling fuel and go play.

How much do they have to recoup? They make constant changes so you believe you need it and buy ,wait to you see what’s coming next better and more advanced tunes, you’ll need them
Be satisfied with what you have, and don't be lured by the seductress named hp...lol

One tune and use your thumb to back it down if need be. Then you can get the clutching dialed in to tune you have.
Agree.. I trail ride and like to pound miles on in a season.. It just seems better for my situation.. I don't tweak on the trail, once I get up north im riding!

I see both sides, especially if you wanted to really spank some loud mouth at a watering hole?
Or if you and your buddy have had the same single tune and have been close, he gets a little surprise of a good look at your snow flap and maybe some snow chunks thrown his way....lol

One problem with that is that I can't trust that they(customers) will drive it accordingly if they can only get 87 at some gas stations, which is the case around here.

My tunes are to 250,275,280,290,300. Dalton arms 77.5. Dalton hel.35 B/0 at 9-1.Rpms only change about 200 thru all of that. Shouldn’t there be a bigger range than 8600-8800? Seems to go pretty good.

Could anyone share their rpms with similar tunes to these or how much of a spread you have without changing clutch’s ? I thought or hoped I would need to add weight for higher tunes.

I have the same bundle. For me it's roughly 8-10 grams of weight between the 250 tune and the 290 tune.

So at 290 what rpm are you showing if you don’t change weights?
