Holy crap! I don't think it's supposed to do that. You may want to get that fixed. Paging Shagman and Nospro, stat!
 
odds are most if not all of that clutch is scrap. seen stuff like that on a doo with rer that the clutch bushings where long past toast.
 
Usually due to a roller bushing failure, then the weight is able to sneak by at full shift.
