What did you do on the belly pan? I cut the rubber back but the tip is really close to the plastic. Did you remove the metal ring and cut the hole bigger?

I had to cut into the plastic/metal on my '17 to get it through, on my '18 I only had to trim the rubber. No issues in 2800 miles on the '17 with the SanDale 3".

Both 3" Sandale exhausts fit inside the aluminum ring on mine, just had to cut the rubber a bit. Anything larger than 3" will need to lose the ring.

After seeing how easy it went in my '18 vs my '17 I'm convinced it's just assembly variation from AC - holes in the belly pan or the ring itself being a 1/8" different from one sled to another.
