I ran a search on this topic and could really not fine any information on it. Has anyone or currently is anyone using Torco octane booster in there sled?
I have a 08 Nytro RTX with a stage one MPI super charger running 9 lbs of boost, I would like to run 91 fuel with the torco as well.
Anyone know of pros or cons to doing this?

There are quite a few threads on this.I personally haven't ran it but guys on here say its the only booster that works.

It is one of the two that have proven to work both on paper and in the real world. I ran a tank of 87 gas and a full can of torco this last year on my MPI 10 psi shimmed apex motor that is set up for 91+ and it ran flawless.
Its like american express I dont leave home with out the stuff.
Occasionally if I question the fuel I dump a half can in just to be sure. Its amazing stuff and works as advertised. Saves $$$$ on grenading engines!

I hope it woks cause I bought 5 gallons of it.
been using it for 2 years, 8 to 16 oz in every tank makes me feel better. Don't really know if it works, just going by what the "experts" say.

I had purchased some of this last year and went to use it now and opened the 32 oz. Can and it looks like a bunch of rusting the bottle and yes it was sealed has anyone ever run into this not sure if I should use it called torco and they say it is normal it just needs to be shaken???????

He is right, normal it just needs to be shaken.The can needs to be shaken before its usded. Also when your going to look at your spark plugs after using it the plugs will have a rusty color, normal.

Lucas Oil Octane Booster
I ran Lucas Oil Octane Booster in my Z1 turbo last year,worked good. Will run it in my Nytro Turbo sled this year aswell!!!

How high of boost have people tried/trusted these additives on flatland? I see Torco the more you add the higher the grade goes, but what is your personal ceiling you were willing to go up to?
