I hit a campground fire ring under the snow at about 10-15mph. The sled has been totaled by my insurance company and I got the sled in the settlement. Would it be better to sell it as is, or part it out one piece at a time. Is someone had access to cheaper parts and/or labor, they could repair it. I have neither, and do not want to repair it myself. The sled is a 2016 with 80 miles, it was my first ride. The frame, tunnel, heat exchanger and right front suspension are all damaged to one degree or another. Hard to believe it was totaled by how it looks.

I think you'd get more money parting it yourself, but that takes time. I've heard of people using the motors in some type of race car. If it was me I'd see what one of the vendors here that parts out sleds would give for it, then list it myself for a bit more for a week or two and go from there.
