Good day guys, having an issue I hope I can get some help with??
Have been chasing this issue for a while, thought it was clutch related but have replaced almost everyting in both clutches and still have the issue.
Peak RPM are down about 200 rpm and sled does not make power up top. I did the tps reading in DIAG mode and get 16 at closed throttle and 90 at WOT. Through my Pod 300 display with my Power Commander V I am getting 100% throttle. Bad TPS? I have been reading about calibrating the throttle through the PCV, anybody dealt with this?
Sled is a 2009 Nytro XTX with PCV, full exhaust, K&N intake, sled ran great for years with this set up, 9150 RPM, and pulled right to top end, now rpm are down to 8900 and top end is not there.

The PCV TPS values are values that are preset, do not use that to trouble shoot your actual TPS sensor.

Ok so we have 2 sleds with the exact same issue, both showed tps values of 16 and 90, adjusted throttle cablels, adjusted tps to no avail. Sleds have similar setups. My buddy replaced his tps with no change to the sled.
1st has full excell exhaust power commander 3 and k&n filters with clutch kit.
2nd sled has full hindle exhaust power commander 5 k&n filters and clutch kit.
Sleds run fine, no hesitation but run out of power and rpm at 8800-8900 and 140-145 km/h. Both Sleds ran to 9150-9200 rpm and 170 km/h before.
Nothing has changed with these sleds, have went through clutches, removing weight does not increase rpm. Both sleds are doing the same thing. We tested fuel pressure tonight on my buddies sled, 45psi, checked the fuel filter, looked good, went through diagnostics checked for stored codes had a few stored codes for temp, low voltage and tors. Cleared codes and they did not return. I did notice cyl 2 had a
EEPROM fault code display for CO value. Would this be something to look into? I have not checked my sled yet, will check tomorrow evening just to compare.
