anyone change out a track yet my dealer letting me do a track swap to a ice ripper and was wonder how hard this sled is going to be so any advice on it thanks

Did it last night to a 2 1\4 mountain not too bad other than had to remove turbo as it was in the way
there is a step by step from arctic chat from a xf 1100 turbo that is very similar

Is your Viper a Turbo? It only takes two bolts to remove the Viper skid and you will need to release spring pressure. Chain/engine oil case is a pain.

Wacker, why didn't you go to a 2.6"? They got perfect and hook up awesome! We did one this week and are super pumped about the performance of it.
Chain case isn't to hard, just make sure the reverse spring, collar and shifter are in the right place and it will pop right on. The circlips are kinda a pain on the drive shafts.

HYFLYR i got this track used off an M6 but if i had to do it again your right i definitely would have at least put a stiffer lug on
