Looking to put on aftermarket muffler only...... Will this require any kind of tune? Im thinking I shouldnt have to mess with it much, just wanna know what you guys do on yours....

With just a slip on you will be fine. I would greatly recommend doing a clutch kit along with it. I have the Schmidt Bros. stage 2 kit and skinz Super Q. There are many great options.

I just put the skinz super Q on and love it, I had to do no other tuning. Not sure why people put aftermarket clutches on, Yamaha really has one of the best clutches out there, I also put a camoplast 2" track on and when I pull the throttle full the thing just pulls straight up and got 108mph (first thing to do when you hit 100mph?-- slow down)

108 mph with a 2" paddle? not sure I'd believe that speedo at all

we'll my brother was behind me on his 14 viper doing 97 and I left him behind

There is a reason why they're called a "dream meter" LOL

Has anyone had an issue with an ultra q? I wasnt going to tune the sled but mine seems to miss/pop once everytime I tap the throttle, possible throttle override issue?

I believe every Nytro has that problem but it seems more obvious with a can on it. If I remember correctly it has something to do with emissions.

Have a Power commander on with it mapped to leant it out at lower RPM'S with Barker Slip on.
