If you pull 10 degrees of timing you it will be a dog. With the reduced compression you shouldn't have to pull any timing at all and may want to ad some on the bottom end to get the bottom end throttle response back.
I had my stage 1 dynoed with the PC111 on 4.5 #'s of boost and stock compression but had a glitch with my ignition commander so I don't have any real trail time on my set-up as I ended up using the boondocker box to tune with for the rest of the year.

that 1 deg/psi is just a good starting #, i did say it was a safe number, (i know a few guys recommend it in the automotive world but a four cyl jap car should be fairly similar). I always like to start safe and then tune up from there. It usually ends up closer to maybe .6 deg/psi but maybe these engines can take more?
