Most of it was repaired for the sled season or rerouted. North of Calumet is all good for sure.

Trails up in the Houghton Hancock area are great right now. T he trail to Gay is closed, and the Lake Linden trail is open, but you cant get through end to end. We just turned around and went through Calumet the same way we went up. All in all,North of the bridge is pretty good.

Great trail report!! Trails going into Gay usually are wet to the point you can get thru anytime of the year unless its really damn dry or frozen.

Any reports on the Freda Loop south of Houghton/Hancock that was closed last winter due to the washouts last summer?

No sorry, we inquired about A police escort to cross the bride and they will only do it if you have 2 units or more. It was just my wife and I on A side by side and we couldnt get across. We were on a rental unit and didnt have A trailer.

Thanks for letting me know. It sounds like crossing the bridge is a little different this time of year with a ATV/UTV or SxS compared to the winter crossing with a sled.
Hope you guys had an awesome time riding while you were there

Thanks, it was alot of fun. Yes,you have to go on top with the traffic flow. The locals told us to just blast it without a police escort, but we thought it to be to dangerous for our liking. The old risk, reward, question, was not worth it to us at the time!
