Sorry, I have been forgetting camera at work. I did take a look at my PC3 wiring and it is pretty straight forward. Multi function hub plugs into the PC3, The map sensor plugs into the multi function hub. There will be a bunch of other connectors from the multi function hub unused. Hose comes from intercooler into sensor. I just removed that hose from the intercooler, set air compressor to 5lbs and pushed the air through. The sled started to run rough and AFR went down to 10.

Ok guys I had an hour or so to start looking at where I had the power run for the AFR gauge. I have the main power source coming off the battery and the switched power coming off the six wire clump that you see in the picture. Is this a good spot? I checked to see if the cigarette lighter had power when the key was on but it didn't from what I can find. Where do you recommend running the switched power to?
The connector you see in the picture runs from the little black box to the PC111 when I went to disconnect the one connector pulled through a little and the wire fell out the back. This could have added to my issues if it wasn't making a solid connection. For now I eliminated that plug and sodered the wires together as I could not get the conector back together.

What brand of AFR gauge are you running? The cig lighter powers up when sled is running. Nothing when key is just turned to on. I piggybacked the power wire from cig lighter and ran into kill switch. I have a tether and eliminated the kill switch. I use this for the power switch for the afr gauge. I don't have anything connected to the battery. The plug in the picture, is that something you added or was it part of the PC3? Here is a photo of my PC3. The map sensor is located below an behind the radiator bracket. Multi function hub is velcro'd to the front of the PC3. The only other connections for the PC3 are behind it with a grey and black square connectors.

The AFR gauge I have is a AEM. The connector came with my kit. Thanks for those pictures!

Today I was able to get the tip rivets drilled out and the clutch back together. I also was able to push 4-5 pounds through the black box. At idle it was running at about 15 and as soon as i put air to it the fuel went between 11.5 -12 So as far as I know it is working properly. After getting it all back together I did about 5 starts and so far the AFR gauge hasn't blinked a code when starting, that being said it didn't do it everytime in the past.
It is 55-60 degrees here so the little snow we had pretty much went today so other than reving it up in the garage it is tough to test.

Hey guys I forgot to ask if there is any harm in running a little to much oil in the sled other then the mess it makes? I had checked it being cold a few times and it was showing up really low probably because I hadn't ran it first. So I had put some in before the big horns. I ran it out there and noticed some oil coming out of the breather hose where there is an inline filter. Checked the oil hot and it was showing up above the H mark.
Anyways, did a few more starts and things still seem pretty normal. Wish I had snow to really check things out.
