Below 270 hp, I have not seen a reason to do so with our primary spring & weights package currently.
I will have an option if people chose to go that route, though I do not for see much performance increase in acceleration or top end over stock. It may help belt life, etc, but more time will be needed to know for sure.

Interested in secondary spring! Can we get something that lays flat in cup and goes into holes flush? Seems like stock is cockeyed. Of coarse this could be helix also?

Ok I have your kit and definitely want a new spring and helix as I'm not liking how I have 1 or 2 rollers floating at all times. I'm installing CAT rollers today so I'll see if that changes the floating issue...Below 270 hp, I have not seen a reason to do so with our primary spring & weights package currently.

Good stuff Allen! Like to see you have hooked up with EVO for tunes!
Keeping a close eye on the Winders, but I will have to ride one and of course race them first with my turbo Doo. LOL!

i had the cat rollers in for 50 miles and ordered ulmers at the same time, cat had free spin on at least one, put ulmers in yesterday. much better fit on pin, no slop like cat. the removed cats had 3 different degrees of wear, one had practically nothing, one medium, other heavy, no flat spots easily seen but one you could hear the difference rolling on slight inclined flat surface even after cleaning them so it was starting, the worst had what looked like under magnification to be small splits around the roller all in the same location, about an 1/8" in from edge. another had what looked like changes from heat all the way around on the entire outer 1/8" of roller surface. i did not inspect with magnifier before installing. cleaned the ramps and installed the new ulmers. i rode around the yard a few times to set the belt, no spin on rollers when i put it away. will ride today to confirm. wanted to add too, original shim was 1mm, removed and put 2 mm that put me almost dead center in the offset range.Ok I have your kit and definitely want a new spring and helix as I'm not liking how I have 1 or 2 rollers floating at all times. Very good info, also nice to hear that supreme tools rollers allen has appears better, but are pricy, but if they work, its all good, did you talk to him about his secondary cat red/white spring he is working on,worth trying to see if helps with slippage, also gearing up may help some more to.i had the cat rollers in for 50 miles and ordered ulmers at the same time, cat had free spin on at least one, put ulmers in yesterday. much better fit on pin, no slop like cat. the removed cats had 3 different degrees of wear, one had practically nothing, one medium, other heavy, no flat spots easily seen but one you could hear the difference rolling on slight inclined flat surface even after cleaning them so it was starting, the worst had what looked like under magnification to be small splits around the roller all in the same location, about an 1/8" in from edge. another had what looked like changes from heat all the way around on the entire outer 1/8" of roller surface. i did not inspect with magnifier before installing. cleaned the ramps and installed the new ulmers. i rode around the yard a few times to set the belt, no spin on rollers when i put it away. will ride today to confirm. wanted to add too, original shim was 1mm, removed and put 2 mm that put me almost dead center in the offset range.

Keen to hear how Ulmer's new rollers are working. Need to buy a set and trying to decide which ones to get - heard the cat rollers, while better than the Yamaha rollers, really are not the best.

Yep, got a couple of friends that bought, going north to Arrowhead later this week, but winders are going to Hayward for some reason. Doesn't matter, they don't have tunes in them and will not be near fast enough for a race against the turbo 1200 anyway, there may be a turbo Cat there though, but I'd still like to ride a LTX-LE. There's plenty of winter left yet, but man I hope we get snow soon here!
