I saw a RS viking and it made me thinking, is that not a good idea.
Just get some mandrel bends weld it on and then make some kind of heat shield. I think that would be enough to mount some tunnel bags ?.
comment and suggestions is appreciated, added some pics on exhaust from a viking.

I have a VK Pro and I am thinking of routing the exhaust away from under the tunnel.

Too much heat under there. I am carrying around 30lbs of ice at any given time.

Ok if you are always moving and there is enough heat to melt everything into slush/water. But I do a lot of fishing and grooming - a lot of starts and stops. Every time I want to go again I have to bang the ice away from the upper wheels to let them turn. A huge PITA.
