(update, found the problem )is my motor blown ?

when i check the crank sensor i read 543 ohms

when i check the stator i have a continuity, same when i check the 2 outside wire in the connector together.

If the stator bad, do i get spark ? because i have spark on all 4 plugs

Swapped the regulator with another one , and its not the problem.

Have you checked your camshaft timing? Even if you have compression, fuel and spark you sled will not run if the timing is out by one tooth or your cam chain has stretched. It may sputter or backfire but it won't run. I have run into this on 450 cc motocross bikes with twin cams. In each case they had overheated causing drag on the camshafts subsequently stretching the chain and throwing the timing out. Just a thought.

finally, found the problem, i hope

Crank sensor reading is good, 500 ohms, but i have a continuity to the frame and motor.

checked all wire, nothing

removed mag cover and voila !

The crank sensor connection inside the motor have been repair probably by the first owner of the motor, there was a welded joint. This joint touched the metal plate that hold the crank sensor in place, probably touched when the sled roll over on this side.

On a nypex, its more complicated to get access to that part, front frame need to be remove.

Tonight i put everything back together, hoping motor will start.

put some new heatshrink one the wire, put everything back together and sled started like a new.

Got some smoke for the first minute then everything fine, no smoke, steady rpm.

and code disappeared one by one.

thanks everyone for your help

Happy to hear that you fixed the problem. Good troubleshooting!

OK, I need to ask what a "Nypex" is. I am assuming it is a Nytro with an Apex motor, correct? If so, is there a company that makes them or is it done by individuals?
