So i changed my upper guide wheels in october because they were flat and within the first 2 days of riding they froze again. Ive rode about 2000 miles on frozen guide wheels in the past 2 season and since im a dumb college kid so im thinking about shaving the tops of the wheels round to last me the rest of season. Track seems to be holding up ok. What do u guys think. bad idea?

I'd rather find out why they freeze up so fast. I don't think shaving them flat is going to solve your issue. When they warm up do they spin freely??

Cant take a look at the sled right now its being stored a couple hours away. And thanks Mooseman i will take your advice!
