I had ice build up within the supesion of my Phaser and the two top inside boggie wheels froze up and were not turning with the track. The result was a very significant flat spot on both the wheels. I've just purchased new wheels (that wasn't cheap) but need to know how to drop the suspesion and replace the wheels. Can anyone help out?? Please!

:yam:

Pull the front bolts 15 MM remove the reae 17MM bolts (you will need to counter hold the 27MM?? nuts on the other side. Tip the sled on its side and pull the skid out install is the reverse although it helps to remove the front springs to compress the skid putting it back in

I had this happen on my sled and what I did to put the new wheels in was unbolt the rear of the skid frame and jack the back of the sled up, leaving the front still bolted to the tunnel. Remove the clips on the rear spring adjusting blocks. Mark the billet aluminum pieces that bolt the rear of suspension to the tunnel where they attach to the suspension arm (the splined section) so that you can put them back on in the proper position. Remove those aluminum pieces. Remove the front idler wheels that the spring connects to with the spring slides. The springs should slide out easy enough. Then pull the top idler wheels off (it may take a little bit of work with a rubber mallet and a piece of wood but they should come off without too much trouble). Then reinstall by reversing these steps. It saves you from having to take the whole skid frame out.

Let me know if I missed anything guys,
Thanks
