I noticed my 2015 Venture MP doesn’t turn well it slides forward. Is there a front end adjustment or do I just need. Ew carbides, can’t remember what I have on there but what doesn’t everyone recommend. Ty

You probably have the original Tuner skis, which are garbage. Maybe you could get some better carbides for them but for real ability to steer, you would need something like Slydog skis or even the original slyle Yamaha VK wide skis with some good carbides. Maybe others can advise on the carbides.

Well I have the tuners on my 2015 MP and after much experimentation, I have found the best set-up is for the Standard Yamaha square bar 6" carbides on the inside and simple runners (no carbide) on the outside works almost too well. There is almost too much bite as the unit wants to lift the inside ski when pushed. Of course this also assumes that the ski alignment is correct and the ski pressure is minimal (spring setting to the lightest possible) and the ride height is also correct. Since Yamaha does not specifically tell you what the ride height is in numbers, I use the generic 20 % rule and it seems to work well. This setup works extremely well for me.
