I am wondering if anybody has cut a hole in there skid plate to access there oil plug cover. Thinking of making some kind of hinge fastener so I don't have to take the whole skid cover off to access this. I haven't been on the ty site for awhile so if this has been covered I apologize. Its getting cold and I am jacked!!!!

Never heard it suggested but it would be nice if whole thing were hinged.

Racewerx makes a skid plate with ann access panel..... its pricey but its a nice piece. I believe member calltrex runs one
What is the thread pitch on the drain plug?
Thinking an EZ oil drain valve with a hose extension would be a nice way to do a mess free drain.

It's definitely a good idea, like Cannondale said, it would be nice if it were hinged! It is kind of a pain the way they designed it!
