Rear Heat Exchanger

Here are some pictures of my buddy's 05' Warrior with an E-bay heat exhanger. Fit like a glove.

That's the optional heat exchanger for a shorty. Not much snow gets thrown up in that location. The mountain/warrior one is a lot bigger and is further back where the snow hits more often.
 
The number off of the factory mountain cooler 'kit' package is:

8EP-RHECR-KT-00

The part number off of the exchanger itself is:

8FW-1241A-09
 
guys, the easiest fix for this minor, allmost not a problem is to lower the hole on the rear mount 3/4 of an in and the middle hole 1/4.

this will limit the travel so that the track can not hit the top.

some of you guys might be having a problem if you have installed over sized wheels on your skid, especially if it is an m-10. not sure what the expert does.

changing the angle of the suspension will change your transfer settings slightly.
