People ask questions ,,,,, The people on here try to give answers...
Then there are others who hijack the threads and start giving there biased opinions without knowing the truth!! and making good people look bad!
Everyone needs to CHILL OUT!! Its getting old!!

Thanks Welt. I am the only guy in my group of riders who has this sled and I am learning based on nothing more than what you guy's have recommended. Many times I have asked stupid or even basic questions that have been asked several times before but only to have thread hijacked and confuse me all over again. Then I go and search it out again only to find the same thing over and over. As for you Welt......Thank you as your advice has helped me correctly several times.

Yes!!! Pride can sometimes be a stumbling block for us all. That's why we all need an ear to hear so that we might understand! My point being that:
"THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE"!!

one day there lived a nonconforming sparrow. when it got cold and the other birds started to fly south, this sparrow said no way im flying that far, ill be fine right here, and he stayed. later it got very cold, and he realized the error of his ways, so he to headed south to escape the cold. but it was too late. as he flew, his wings started to freeze, and he crashed down in a farmers field. as he lay there, thinking about dying a terrible cold death, a cow strolled over and crap on him. now thinking this is the last insult before death, an amazing thing happened. the warm crap thawed out his frozen wings, and the life was coming back to his numb body. happy now that he might live, he starts to chirp and sing. just then the barnyard cat walks by, and hears the noise. he digs up the sparrow and promptly eats him. the moral of the storey one, not everyone that craps on you is your enemy. two, the one that gets you out of crap is not necessarily your friend. three, if your happy and in a pile of crap, keep your mouth shut.

One time I was riding a railroad bed up in the UP going a good 85 if not faster, a deer crossed in front of my sled literally jumping over the front of the hood. I missed hitting it by mere inches.
Another time driving I had just turned off 51 and on to W in Manatowish. It was snowing and I see the brake lights go on the car in front of me and it looked like it bounced. It was a girl driving a jeep and she had hit a deer. It was thrashing about but could not get up because you could see how badly mangled a rear leg was. A few minutes later a guy drove up stopped and looked at the deer. Went back to the truck, returned with a pistol and shot it in the head.
Thinking back to the first part of the story where I could have died, I decided that it is better to DO road kill than to BE road kill.

What helps me get to sleep is to count weight savings from lightweight parts.
5-7 lbs boss seat
7 lbs exhaust
6lbs alum a arms
1 lb remove battery bracket
6 lbs lighter battery
Did you see the one in the Mountain forum about drilling holes in the track saving 2.5 lbs????????
and so on
I always get to sleep around the 30 lb mark. When I get to titanium springs and fox air shocks I know I have had too much caffiene that day.
Yeah brainiac, If the Another happened before the one time, I would not of had to clean out my pants
