What are the best snowmobile boots?

I'm still trying to find a set, that'll keep my right foot warm. I bought some Itasca boots last year. Comfort rated to -45 F, yeah right. Even with wool socks, my right foot still got cold. I have a problem with circulation, so my hands and feet get cold easily.

You might be right, because both feet are resting right on top of the heat exchangers.

My point is, that the clutches throw heat, at the left foot. The 2-strokes have the exhaust, on the right side= additional heat for right foot. With no extra source for heat, the right foot gets cold. A couple friends, with '05 Vectors, have the same concern.

I just bought a pair of fxr backshift boots and pray they are as good as the rockies i had for over ten years. I probabaly should have stuck with a brand I know works.

I have a pair of Tundra boots from R U Outside and they are warm and comfortable. I have a buddy that always complained about feet getting cold. He bought a pair and he loves them.

Trukke's are awesome. The only thing I hate is the buckle is on the side of the boot marks up my tunnel real bad..

It looks like there are a few different models of the Baffin boots. Which ones are you guys using? Also - How do the sizes run?

I had Baffins and then switched to Sorel Glaciers. The Baffins were good but nothing compares to the Sorels for keeping your feet warm.

This past winter I purchased some liners for my older CKX boots, they are rated to -70 so they should be fairly warm/hot?

Just another option if your not into spending some coin on some new boots?

I got them from Oshawa Snowmobile Clinic (local place for me)

I don't believe they are true CKX replacments but they fit my boot so I purchased them.
Thinking they were around $40-$50 for the pair(yea, we get hosed in Canada!)
