What can I realistically expect out of Viper without a turbo?

just spend the money on a non intercooled turbo ya got 180hp for 3 grand, then bust out a can of woopazz on those boys! Hell ya already spent over 10G's on the sled.

How much hp?
couldn't tell you no dyno!! but with pc5 I was 3 sled length a head of wife. stock to stock in previous seasons she was ahead of me and bragging
she has same pipe(sandales)

I just picked one up for a little over 2000$cnd with gauges and clutching and it's awsome;)!

Too answer the OP's question... In a nutshell, not much.

Excell claims that combining their exhaust and intake you will see a 22 HP gain without a remap. I have seen a couple claim that they are really seeing about 18 HP. I believe that they break their claim down to 9 HP through exhaust and 13 HP with the intake. I believe that Cannondale is running this setup, maybe he can confirm?

If I wanted a Viper turbo I would of just bought a Sidewinder.

Without a remap is total BS !
If you had that much of a gain and no remap that thing would be so lean it would melt spark plugs !
You can't gain that kind of horsepower and not add any fuel....it must be magic!
Its all marketing, but believe what U want.

So your saying it would be a 152 hp after the mods? NFW! Wow with the weight difference you should be right along side an Apex then.
Get real

The Excell system I ran did wake up the mid range but so does the free airbox mod. Nothing I have added to my sled gave me more top end than stock but the mods definitely did make it way more consistent getting there and getting there way more often. 80-85 was stock ave top speed and now I am 90-95 ave top speed. If I race a stocker I will usually kill it up to top end and then we are always very close since even a stocker will on occasion pull over 100mph. Don't worry I am not done trying. I believe the suspension and drivetrain are acting like a speed limiter. Getting rid of the extrovert drivers is my first step in removing that limiter. Next will be some suspension changes to limit travel but don't want to kill my suspension since I use it!

There is 22 hp in gains....not peak HP, so their advertising can easily be misunderstood. They provide the dyno chart to show where the gains are....peak is about 10 and their test sled made 145ish....there was a huge gain in the mid range. The gains are great IMO as they're in a very usable area of the rpm range.....perfect corner to corner type power.

That is true. Noticed the difference right away. Made it much easier to slide my sled under power around a corner since had the power to spin the track even in high traction corners. Did not have that stock.

In my opinion, cannondales answer is 100% correct.
Your going to see a few people here and there claiming that the stock sled runs 100 mph, but most of these vipers won't.
Theres far more stock sleds running below 90mph than above it.
Conditions play more of a factor on this sled than any i have ridden before. The harder snowpack, the faster you go.
Personally i dont want an aftermarket turbo so i have dumped a small fortune into mine to get a more consistent top end. I now have what i wanted, but it took a lot of money and tinkering and some long frustrating nights to get there.
Knowing what i know now,If i had it to do all over again. I would probably just clutch it with a good (easily adjustable) kit. Do an air box mod, keep the stock (quiet) muffler, Add some dupont slides and a few extra idler wheels and ride.

Me too RTX. They did sell us this sled as a 600 class sled. Its more than that but not by much. Nothing wrong with that. Just the pull up to top....... Dang. No 600 pulls like that! Person just think it shouldn't end so suddenly. Is what it is though for now.
