I put a 136" ripsaw with 108 studs on my 03 rx-1. The problem is there is a lot of belt slip at lower rpms, like loading on my trailer, low speed take offs stuff like that. Question, which clutch should be adjusted to add more squeeze preasure to prevent the belt slip. At this time I'm not interested in a high priced clutch kits. Thanks for any help.

Loading onto a trailer and other very low speeds there isn't really anything you can do without compromising driveability.

The clutch has to slip at very low speeds because you're going slower than the gear ratio can provide without slipping (just like slipping a clutch in a car when you start from a stop).

If you don't mind a slower launch off the line you can have your weights ground to engage at very low rpms (leaving cruise and top speed stock) or run a shorter, stiffer primary spring reducing engagement and low speed rpms.

The other option is to run a very low gear ratio in the chaincase, but that will cut into your top end.

Best option - live with it and hit the throttle a little harder to reduce the time your in the belt slipping transition.

If the belt slip is at 10+ mph, tighten the secondary spring.
