what did they really change in the 2012 nytro.Yamaha .com said new ski.sledmax.com said new ski ,seat foam and a new extrovert drive sprocket.can any one really tell me.also what kind of fuel milage are you getting with a xtx.

when we drive decent I get around 16 when balls to the wall around twelve

I love this sled but the gas mileage is not great. I ride with my brother on a MXZ 500ss. We ride the exact same way. Our mileage is almost identical. My sled is broken in and in perfect working order. I thought there would be a small but noticeable benefit vs a 600cc 2 stroke???

don't forget hes also burning oil. when i've gone riding with 600 budies i burn at least 5bucks less of gas

what did they do to the seat make it harder or softer. and what is the pro's of the new driver

Trail riding the sled is not bad on gas, but if you ride off trail, you're never going to get very far from the pumps. My light comes on in less than 100kms.

Don't forget as well that you're running a sled that has at least 20 more hp and weighs considerably more. He'll also be burning down at least once every other season.LOL

check out his sig..."bent subframe". haha I saw the same thing.

I get around 12-15 mpg but I'm hammering the crap out of it all the time. My riding buddy has a 05 snopro 600 completely stock. He will use twice as much gas as i do at every stop and he burns about a full tank of oil a day. Its crazy, I'm fueled up ready to go and he is still pumping then has to top off with oil. :jump:

That is correct. After that pic was taken I hit a rock again (on the other side...) So now it's almost as it should be. Haha.

Guess I got some things to fix in the summer..
:jump:
